Can I use the address for business registration?
Tell us how you plan to use the address before signing. Registration use depends on your business, the required supporting documents and the relevant authority’s approval. Registration processing and government fees are not included.
How do I get started?
Call 0915 945 1222 to choose a plan and confirm your requirements. Our team will explain the agreement, mail arrangements and payment details before activating your business address. Virtual office plans are arranged directly with ARC.

Choose a pass from our pricing section, select your preferred visit date and arrival time, and leave your contact details at checkout. No account is needed to request a reservation.
Is my seat confirmed after checkout?
Checkout saves your reservation request; it is not an automatic seat confirmation. Our team will check availability and contact you. Keep your reservation reference handy.
How do I pay for my pass?
Pay in cash at the ARC front desk after your availability is confirmed, before using your pass. We do not collect card details or take online payments at checkout.
What are your opening hours?
Our listed hours are 9 AM to 12 midnight. Please contact us to confirm operating days and holiday schedules. The planned 24/7 access is not available yet.
Which workspace pass should I choose?
Daily options include 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours, plus an all-day pass. For a regular routine, the Founder 30 Day Pass includes 30 flexible days during operating hours, valid for 3 months from activation. The days do not need to be consecutive. Daily hours run continuously from check-in and end at closing. The seven-day opening promo is coming soon.
Does my pass include a drink?
An active pass includes one complimentary Americano, brewed coffee, or tea per visit. The Founder pass includes unlimited brewed coffee.
